Buying a product on Enrichplay is easy:
- Use the dropdowns to filter your products, shop our Instagram page or if you know what you are looking for simply enter the product name in the search bar
- Once you have found an item you would like to buy, click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button beside the item.
- Review the items in your cart by clicking the ‘CART’ link at the top of the page. You can use the ‘REMOVE’ button to delete items you have previously chosen.
- You can increase the quantity of a particular item in your cart by changing the number in the quantity box and clicking on ‘UPDATE’.
- Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

It’s of prime importance to us that the product qualities appear as are on the site and we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products. Yet, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices may vary.
All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your cart, another customer can still buy it before you complete your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email email@example.com to find out if there is a backorder for that item.

Expedited delivery or hand delivery charges may be applicable.
A. As soon as you place an order with us and make a payment, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order with an order number. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and move email@example.com to your safe sender list. Kindly ensure you return to https://enrichplay.com/ post the payment stage to receive this confirmation.
After dispatch you will receive a tracking number by e-mail, which will enable to you to know where your product has reached. Generally the transit time for metros is 2-3 days while other destinations could take upto 5 working days.
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. Your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
Enrichplay may also cancel orders which remain unpaid for over 7 days since order placement.
If your total invoice amount is more than Rs. 2500 you will be eligible for free shipping in India. For orders below Rs. 2500, a Rs 100 shipping and handling fee is applicable.
